To ensure the smooth running of all restaurants’ operations through achieving budgeted revenue, TripAdvisor and other results/ KPIs set for each of restaurant and overall. Responsible for the administration and operations of all restaurants/ outlets ensuring maintenance of standards and maximum profitability. Drawing upon the specialist and support departments for advice and assistance, the role is responsible for all the restaurant Strategic Business Planning, Administration, Human Resources Management, Quality, Marketing, Financial Management and Service Delivery. The performance of the Director of Operation is assessed on his/ her effectiveness as a member of the company’s management team, the business results of his/ her units, the management skills developed and effectively applied by the individual and the training and development of his/ her staff. The Director of Operation will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

- Bachelors Degree in Restaurant or Hotel Management or equivalent are advantage, min 3 years experience - prefer Hoi An people - Proven food and beverage management experience - Guest-oriented and service-minded - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekend - Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) - Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently - Mastery in delegating multiple tasks - Communication and leadership skills - Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices - Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
